Cute, but no shape

This penguin is adorable. Beautifully made and identical to the photo. I got it for my Callaway driver and it fits, however it just sits on top. I feel like internally it should have more shape to stay securely around the head like a typical head cover does. I will just have to keep an eye on it while crusing around the course.
