In theory, the design and purpose of this product is fantastic: A trunk organizer with dividers that allows you to cleverly organize your trunk.When I first received the product, I immediately loved the finish, quality and practicality of the different compartments and pockets. I was basically able to organize my entire trunk and separate my personal items by category - something that no other product I researched could do. I was in love with this thing!In practice, however, the product failed. The bottom section (the section that is supposed to house your shoes and etc...) is poorly designed. The bottom dividers serve as a support mechanism that keeps the top level of the trunk organizer leveled and in place. Within 2 weeks, the bottom dividers began to bend leaving the whole product uneven and unleveled in my trunk. Essentially the dividers/support mechanism couldn't resist the weight of the top section. At first I didn't think it was a problem, but then it became extremely annoying. With the uneven/unleveled product, it began to tumble over in my trunk every time I would make turns.What a big disappointment. I had incredible hopes for this product. If Samsonite fixes this problem, I will buy most definitely consider buying the product again in the future.

I had high hopes for this to consolidate my golf needs for easy transport. Unfortunately it proved unsatisfactory because of some major flaws in design. First, the mesh front on the shoe compartment doesn't extend all the way to the side and the mesh tends to hang up on the shoes soft spikes. Second, it is divided about 70/30 and the larger side will not hold 2 pair of shoes and the smaller side will not hold even 1 pair so it's only good for 1 pair of shoes. Third, the divider between the upper and lower compartments is not sufficiently supported and sags if you put almost anything in it. If shoe compartment was equally divided it could hold two pair of shoes and if the upper was properly supported this would be an excellent bag. Until I can find something better I'll just use a cardboard box to hold my stuff.

The trunk organizer is 28" x 14" x 13" and consists of a bottom level and a top level. The bottom level has a ventilated mesh front door and holds up to 3 pair of shoes. It has a divider hinged on the bottom which is secured perpendicular with velcro. A zipper runs across the entire length of the bottom level door for easy access. The top level has pivoting dividers which allows one to three packing sections for maximum flexability. These dividers are part of a nylon foam frame which is placed around the edge of the top level and is secured into place with velcro. The top level lid allows for organization of miscellaneous items with a pouch large enough for a cell phone or glasses, a zippered mess pocket for small items, a mesh section divided into three pockets extending across the entire lenght of the lid, loops for tools and 3 additional pockets (one is zippered and extends the entire length of the lid.I would consider this trunk organizer to be of very good quality (manufacturer warranties it for 5 years). It is constructed of nylon and has carrying handles on both sides which are sewn on the organizer. The zippers are high quality. The velcro frame can easily be taken apart so the organizer can be folded down for storage when not being used. This is a general purpose trunk organizer and not just designed for the golfer although I purchased it for my golf gear. This is a very large organizer. If limited trunk space is an issue, consider purchasing one of the smaller organizers (three sizes are available; the one I purchased is the X-Large).
